Fibre Optic Cable Networking and PACS System
The fibre optic cable network enables image and data acquisition and transfer throughout the hospital. It makes possible live telecast of the ongoing surgery, facilitates teaching learning activities and gears the institute to remain in the forefront of medical technology for the future.
The Picture Archiving and Communication System provides viewing of completed CT and MRI on computer screens in the library/conference room and other terminals throughout the hospital.
Skills Laboratory
The built in and equipped skills lab is for training of junior doctors in surgical skills, microsurgery and bone dissection techniques.
